THN FindHelp

THN FindHelp for independent providers is designed to provide access to expanded features that support referrals and coordination with community resources, such as:

• Viewing and managing referrals
• Accessing reporting and tracking
• Access to the THN Trusted Network of community-based organizations (CBOs)
• The THN and Cone Health staff sites can securely share information, allowing care team members to see updates and coordinate the care being provided by others.
• Viewing and managing referrals
• Creating favorite folders for frequently used programs
