For Patients
Triad Healthcare Network (THN) is a doctor-led Accountable Care Organization (ACO) serving the Piedmont Triad region of North Carolina. We coordinate care for nearly 200,000 patients across Alamance, Guilford, Randolph, Rockingham, and parts of Forsyth County.
What Is an ACO?
An Accountable Care Organization is a group of doctors and healthcare providers who work together to deliver high-quality, coordinated care —especially for patients with Medicare or participating insurance plans. Patient participation is voluntary, free and can be stopped at any time. Participation does not impact Medicare benefits or access to doctors and other health care providers.
