Biography
Board certified in gynecologic oncology, Shawna L. Bull Phelps, MD, focuses on cancers of the uterus, ovaries, peritoneum, fallopian tubes, cervix, vulva and vagina.
Her strong desire to be a champion for women inspired her to pursue a career in women’s healthcare. She is passionate about doing what is best for her patients, and she expects the same of practitioners she encounters on each patient’s behalf. A strong believer in collaborative care, she partners with patients to make healthcare decisions. She values a multidisciplinary approach to cancer care and her ability to collaborate face-to-face with colleagues by simply walking down the hall.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
