Biography
Dr. Ravi Shankar specializes in providing high-risk pregnancy care. He has more than 30 years of experience in obstetrics and gynecology and joined Cone Health in June 2019 after serving as a maternal-fetal medicine specialist at Bon Secours Health System and Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Va.
He is an avid reader of Shakespeare, English literature and American history. He and his wife, who is also a physician, have been married 32 years.
