Biography
Janet Rodden, MEd, CCC-SLP, is a pediatric speech language pathologist. She is also part of the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) follow up team.
She works with children diagnosed with language, phonological and articulation disorders as well as autism and fluency issues. Trained in the PROMPT method, she uses a tactile-kinesthetic approach to help children with verbal apraxia and other more challenging disorders.
Working with pediatric patients has been her passion for a long time. Using open communication, she focuses on the best approach for each child and family. She listens to parents’ concerns and meets children where they are developmentally.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, running, traveling and cooking.
