Biography
Adam McDonald, DPM, holds a doctorate of podiatric medicine. His professional interests include foot deformities, sports medicine, arthroscopy, arthritis, total ankle joint replacement, traumatic injuries, fracture care, tendon ruptures, sprains and strains, Charcot joint disease and diabetic limb salvage.
Caring and patient-centered, he begins by listening to his patients, examining them and educating them on their condition and options. He strives to help patients make informed decisions about their care based on their activities, lifestyles and goals.
In his spare time, he enjoys cycling, hiking and snowboarding. He is an avid fan of UNC Tarheels’ basketball and Carolina Panthers’ football.
