Setup and Login Information
As a part of the 2016 Triad HealthCare Network (THN) Incentive Plan, we are requiring that all physicians sign up for Iodine Secure Text Messaging. This can help with interoffice communication and helps to keep physicians up to date on the activity of their patients.
Here you will find user guides to help walk you through the process of signing up.
At this time, there are a few providers we are still working on finalizing their accounts.
- If you do not have a current Cone Health account, you will be receiving an email giving you access and instructing you to login and create a personal password. This will give you access to the Iodine platform.
- There are also some providers who may have a Cone Health account but it is no longer active. You should receive an email instructing you to reset your password.
If you try to login to Iodine prior to following the instructions in the email you receive about Cone Health account access, you will be unsuccessful.
The deadline for signing up to meet the criteria for incentive is December 1, 2016. Please let Dr. Jim Osborne know if you have any questions or concerns and we hope that you have great success in communicating with each other on this platform.
Keep in mind that at this time, the application is only available to physicians in our network. There will be limited use from advanced practice providers and nursing on the web portal access for those that are in Cone Health Link. The Web Portal Access Guide can also be used for those that do not with to use this as a smart phone application. You can access it from any web browser by following the URL in the Web Portal Access Guide.
Please contact Dr. Jim Osborne if you have questions or concerns. Contact Service Now if you have issues logging in or using the application (1-336-832-5465).
